We are a local, independent firm specialising in Residential Lettings & Property Management. We are fully focused on your priorities and needs and, unlike Estate Agents, our loyalties are not divided by dealing with property sales and mortgages. Andrew James have a wide variety of good quality rental homes throughout Sunderland and surrounding areas, available on a furnished and unfurnished basis. We understand that letting property, especially for the first time, can be a worrying experience for both Tenants and Landlords, and with this in mind our most important consideration is providing you with the best possible service we can.
